Sometimes we need to step back and take a look at our lives.


What is making me happy?

What is causing me stress?

Is the stress a good stress or bad stress?

What are the steps I can take to reduce the stress?

Have I been taking care of myself?

Do I need to increase my self-care?

What steps can I take to increase my self-care?

Are there other things in my life I need to address?


Many times we don't realize how stressed, depressed, and/or anxious we are. A quick check in on a regular basis can help us recognize issues and fix them before they escalate.
