Anxiety Reminder

Sometimes when we are anxious doing one or more of the suggestions below can help.


- Take a few slow, deep breathes and focus on the breathes as you take them.

- Remember that not all thoughts are true.

- Be gentle with yourself.

- Deal with something you have been avoiding.

- Focus on the things that are in your control.

- Take a break from your phone.

- Exercise to reduce stress.

- Notice that you are feeling anxiety, without judgement.

- Do a guided meditation.
