Burden Thinking

When we grow up situations that lead us to believe we are unwanted or a bother, we often think we are a burden. We are likely to isolate when we are struggling. Often, we agree with other or just go with the flow, to avoid confrontation. We believe we have to seem normal, or others will not accept us and will leave. We try to act like nothing is wrong and fake happiness. We think we are being difficult asking for our basic need.


It is okay for you to be yourself. To feel and heal.


If others don't understand, it just means they don't know pain as deep as yours. That's okay. You will find your tribe by being yourself. You are unique, wonderful, and worthy of love.
