Coping during hard times.

  • Make a simple to do checklist.

  • Journal.

  • Drink lots of water.

  • Take a walk everyday.

  • Cry it out.

  • Listen to uplifting songs.

  • Try to do the opposite of what depression tells you to do.

  • Do some deep breathing.

  • Try to follow a routine.

  • Try not to isolate.

  • Plan a healthy dinner.

  • Remind yourself of things you enjoy.

  • Pick up after yourself so you don't end up with an overwhelming mess.

  • Ask for help.
