Coping Thoughts

When you are struggling, try asking yourself...what do I need to remind myself right now?


- Just because I am thinking something does not make it true.


- This is painful, so I need to be gentle with myself right now.


- It is okay to have rough feelings. By processing them they will pass.


- Things are hard right now, but they will get better.


- I may not always get what I want, but I always get what I need.


- I have survived hard situations before.


- I am stronger than I know.
