Creating a Healthy Day

I wanted to share a few ideas that when done regularly, can improve both mental and physical health.
-Set a healthy wake and sleep schedule.
-Be grateful for what you have.
-Get fresh air and sunlight.
-Smile more.
-Be the reason someone else smiles.
-Do something productive.
-Do something fun.
-Move your body. Walk, dance, or exercise.
-Try something new.
-Do something nice for someone.
-Do something you enjoy.



I had not walked in well over a month. I’ve gained weigh. I’m back for 2 days now & I already am feeling better about myself. My downwards spiral has been adverted. I am amazing. I am beautiful. I am love ❤️
