Goal Setting in The New Year

New year's is a great time to set goals. When picking out a goal be realistic and follow these steps to complete your goals.


  1. Decide on the goal. Be specific about what you want.

  2. Plan it. What do you need to accomplish it? List the steps to accomplish it.

  3. Follow through. When will you do it? How will you do it? How long will it take?


It is important to write the reason why you want to accomplish the goal and read it regularly to keep you motivated.


It is a good idea to ask for help with the goal. This person or people will help hold you accountable.
