* Try to be patient with us while we figure this out.

* Be encouraging and supportive of progress.

* Be an advocate for your loved ones.

* Help the find resources such as doctors, groups, books, blogs, and podcasts.

* Check in on us.

* Include us. Invite us to get together.


** Make sure to care for yourself. You cannot help others if you are not well.

**Try to find a family and friends group for yourself. (If you are local to Lake County Ohio, I know NAMI offers a group for friends and family. NAMI has locations acrost the US, so checking your local NAMI may be helpful).
