React vs Response

When we react without thinking we often regret what we say or do. When we take a moment to thing things out we typically avoid saying things we don't mean. I encourage you to give yourself a 90 sec. pause before you respond.


-Take a deep breath.

-Resist the urge to act impulsively.

-Name how you feel.

-Put your ego aside.

-Think through consequences.
