Releasing Anxiety From the Body

When we are anxious we store the anxiety in our body. These are some things you can do to release that anxiety.


Neck- Nod yes and no, take slow circles in both directions.

Jaw- Open and close your mouth, then shift left and right

Shoulders- Drop and roll your shoulders away from your ears.

Chest- Place your hands on your chest and breathe deeply.

Muscles- Notice and relax big muscle groups.

Stomach- Release the tension in abs by swaying back and forth.

Hands- Close fists and then release spreading fingers.

Booty- Release tension by clenching and release.
