Reset Ideas for Bad Days

-Read inspirational quotes.

-Get some sunlight or turn on the lights to bring your mood up.

-Take care of your hygiene.

-Dress comfortably.

-Talk to someone who has a tendency to cheer you up.

-Clean up a room or an area. (*This always lowers my stress and helps me feel more productive.)

-Make a to do list and cross off tasks as you finish them.

-Listen to happy music.

-Drink water to stay hydrated.

-Meditate.

-Get fresh air.

-Move your body. Exercise, walk, or dance.

-Do something that usually makes you happy. (Read, art, music, write, are some ideas.)
