Signs of Burnout

Some Physical and Mental signs of burnout include:

- Headaches

- Feeling negative or overly critical

- Unexplained exhaustion

- Irritability

- Becoming physically ill

- Overwhelming anxiety

- Insomnia, change in sleep patterns

- Feeling inadequate or hopeless

- Neglecting self-care

- Feeling distant or numb about life


If you identify with a lot of these feelings and feel stuck. I encourage you to take some time out of your day to focus on yourself and use self-care techniques. Many times, small changes will bring much joy.
