Some of the Benefits of Journaling

I am a big fan of journaling. I wanted to take a moment to list some of the benefits I experience from it.

-It reduces anxiety.

-Helps me learn from my experiences.

-Helps me communicate better.

-It helps me recognize my goals.

-Improves my mindfulness.

-Improves my self-esteem.

-It reduces depression.

- Improves my overall mood.

-Boosts my creativity.

-It helps me solve problems.

-It has helped me discover my voice.

-It is a reminder to my future self, as I read things I had wrote.


There is no right or wrong way to journal and it has so may benefits. I hope this will encourage you to journal or journal more.
