It takes everything you have to get through the day.
You feel completely alone and helpless.
Constantly feeling like something has to give.
You can't think about the future because you are so overwhelmed.
You push others away because you don't have the time or energy to deal with them.
You don't take care of yourself because you are so stressed out. You aren't eating well, sleeping well, and so on.
You react, instead of response, to loved ones.
You don't find joy in life anymore.
You can't seem to catch up on anything. Like chores, work, etc.
