  • It takes everything you have to get through the day.

  • You feel completely alone and helpless.

  • Constantly feeling like something has to give.

  • You can't think about the future because you are so overwhelmed.

  • You push others away because you don't have the time or energy to deal with them.

  • You don't take care of yourself because you are so stressed out. You aren't eating well, sleeping well, and so on.

  • You react, instead of response, to loved ones.

  • You don't find joy in life anymore.

  • You can't seem to catch up on anything. Like chores, work, etc.
