Tips For Managing Anxiety

- Creating a healthy routine will help alleviate anxiety from uncertainty.


- Make a point to schedule anxiety provoking tasks and follow through with them in a timely manner. Putting off such things only makes anxiety worse.


- Don't be afraid to talk about your anxiety with loved ones. Everyone experiences anxiety on some level. Find loved one(s) that help you rationalize your thoughts.


- Rationalize your own thoughts. Most of the time our anxious thoughts go to a worst-case scenario.

Realize and reassure yourself those thoughts are not the likely reality of how things will go.


- Take care of yourself in all ways. Find things to do that occupy and calm your mind. There are a lot of self-care skills in "The Book I wish I Had".
