When You Feel...

Overwhelmed- Ask for help, name your feelings, write it down, take deep breaths, prioritize, pause.


Anxious- Use a positive distraction, verbalize your feeling, be mindful, take a brisk walk, have compassion for yourself.


Insecure- Affirm your value, list your qualities, challenge negative thoughts, keep good company.


Helpless- Be gentle with yourself, try something new, think about what you enjoy, set clear manageable goal.
